MORTGAGE – MARKET CLASSIFICATIONS CHANGES
Recent developments are the changes in Market Classifications. Most counties in the country saw prices of homes stabilize. The market classifications in pretty much all counties are now either stable or soft. Four states are still having difficulty and their Market Classifications have not changed.
